When your ready to list and sell your home give us a call for a FREE comparative market analysis of your home.  The following is a list of just some of the marketing we do to advertise your home to attract as many buyers as possible.

New Haven Board of REALTORS, Muliple listing Service, New Haven County Multiply Listing Service, coldwellbanker.com, coldwellbankermoves.com, Realtor.com ,CTHomeTeam.com, CTHomeTeam.net , homes.point2.com, googlebase.com, trulia.com, oodle.com, Print advertising in the New Haven Register, Local newspaers such as the Amity Observer and or the Milford Mirror, postcard mailing, and Open House.

As important as setting the right price for your home is the development of a customized marketing plan. The marketing plan is what really sets a real estate agent apart from discount brokers and “for sale by owners,” and is designed to bring a multitude of potential buyers to your doorstep.

A marketing plan shows the real value of using a full-service real estate agent. Homesellers who try to do the job on their own don-t have as many options. For instance, you can't list the property with the Multiple Listing Service, in which the listing is shared with other real estate agents 1,800 in our area of New Haven County alone.
